    I am so frigging GREEN, I feel like I'm sprouting

    Seriously, I am new and definitely need education about how, when and what to cycle. I absolutely no none of the lingo here (barely). I used to be a 310 fatty, the state helped me take care of that. Then on the outside, I just started working out........got down to 184 LBS. I am 6'2" and currently weigh 210 pounds. I ran into a friend who had a friend at a local gym who could get some stuff. I began with Testesterone Enthate and now have STAN QV 100.

    From what I already see here, I could be totally wasting my time. I do notice some results, but not much. So, yeah I am going to start off by buying the book, but I don't know if the book tells you how to cycle and what to use for each cycle. I could use all the positive input I can get and am really grateful that there is a place that someone like me can come to to get info.

    Lastly, I have a few pics of the Stan QV 100. How much of this am I supposed to do? I've had some suggestions already but want to hear from the crowd here. Not only that, this shit is KILLING me.........my muscles swell like hell and they are so sore that I can't even walk (I go to my leg). So, if I can download some pics can someone tell me if this stuff is for real. IF not the stuff is STAN QV 100 from Mexico. It has a hologram on the label that does change colors........

    I've been training for about 4 years and I'll be 36 yrs old soon.

    Sounds like you need to go to the educational forum and read every single thread in there. Then go to the diet/workout forum and read. Give yourself at least a good 2 years of serious training and dieting. This way when you do decide to juice you won't have to scramble to get every aspect in check because you will have already been on point with you training and dieting. My advice is that you stop the winny.

    I would suggest checking out the RULES first so you know what to do and NOT do on here. Then you will see to post pics on the forum just for that. you will find a wealth of knowledge on here. Try to be patient and you will learn everythign you need here

    AAS is not something that can be rushed. Alot of research needs to be done, before you take the plunge. Read the educational threads first, and then when you feel comfortable with your knowledge, then start planning a cycle. It takes awhile to plan a diet, workout ruitine, and cycle. Not trying to flame, I just want to make sure you know all the sides and what and how to cycle. I don't want you to come back in a year, bald and with gyno, and say "how come nobody told me." Safety is number 1.

    Don't jump the gun on something like this bro. Do a little research first, and you will make great gains!
