    hi im a new member looking for some motivation and tools to help me get ready for summer would appriciate any advice

    thanx for repling everyone...yes im female 21 years old..im 5'1 110 pounds...my problem areas are my stomache and my upper thighs..im looking to tone up so i can be proud to show off my body this summer...any suggestions on foods to eat to slim down a bit and some exercises...thanx again

    all work and no play for me im working 6 days a week right now hard to find the time and energy to work out when im off....but o know i need to what are some good exercises to get started?

    Just turned 50 used to train 5 days per week when I was younger, carrying a bit of weight now and want to lose it any advice

    look at ur diet and see what needs to be adjusted, include enough cardio in ur work out routine.. hit up the diet forum
