thanx for repling everyone...yes im female 21 years old..im 5'1 110 pounds...my problem areas are my stomache and my upper thighs..im looking to tone up so i can be proud to show off my body this summer...any suggestions on foods to eat to slim down a bit and some exercises...thanx again

all work and no play for me im working 6 days a week right now hard to find the time and energy to work out when im off....but o know i need to what are some good exercises to get started?
Just turned 50 used to train 5 days per week when I was younger, carrying a bit of weight now and want to lose it any advice
