    ironman ur huge man .. im just curious .. but wut r u takin right now .. i just started my cycle of d-bol and im takin 20mg a day i havent really noiced anything yet but i heard u start seeing results in like the 3 week or so.. thanks bro . BigMig

    you need to bump it up immediatly to 40mg's a day! i did that d-bol for my first 4 weeks along with 400mgs of test cyp, 1st 5 weeks with 400mgs of cyp, now i'm doing 5 weeks of enanthate, bout to throw in some deca for the last few weeks.Just my opinion on d-bol.

    as many big solid meals as i can in a day. Oh, and ABB XXL Extreme drinks once a day also helped.

    thats funny ironman. during my bulking cycle i was eating every 2 hours and taking in about 6-700 grams of carbs and 300 grams of protein and of course the xxl 1100 calorie drink and i went from 177 to 215 in under 2 months. its those damn xxl drinks, i'm telln ya
