Try shooting it after a very hot shower, then massage the area with heat after you shoot. Horse is right, it is most likely the prop. Did you aspirate?

It's going to hurt massaging, especially the first time in that muscle, but 5 minutes of massaging pain is better than 4 days of stiffness, knotting, and aching.
I take the hot shower After I inject, as opposed to beforehand, but that's just me. A heating pad is also a good idea if the pain persists (20 min on/20 min off).

I have been doing sus and it hurts each time. It's normal...even a lump in the area. It will go down in about 3 days. Inject slow and massage. If you get a fever or the area gets red, then see a doctor, but what you are going through is what we all have at one time or another.

I have been shooting test cyp and had no pain, is this kinda reaction only with sust? And as for "virgin muscle syndrome" as Booz puts it is that always the case?? I have had no pain, burning or other such reactions. Sorry for thread jumping .... just curious.

I have just finished a course which included Sust 250 every 3rd day (I couldn't handle EOD!!). Most of the time it hurt like H*LL. The thing that helped me was to use a 24G needle and heat the sust with hot water before I injected. I also injected very slowly taking around 2 minutes to inject. I hope this helps answer part of your question

My cyp is completely painless everytime. The prop in the sust is usually why the sust hurts.

Everyone is different, but for me, Boldabol 200 hurts like a mother every time. I've used 4 different vials from 2 sources and it feels the same every time. No matter how long I massage or how slowly I inject, it balls up on me every time. Go figure.

Sust, Prop, and EQ have always hurt terribly for myself. Although I got used to the sust. and prop., I never got over injection pain from EQ. Maxima I have the exact same prob. with Boldabol 200, I am glad to hear it isn't only myself. Anyways, you will get used to it Machin, just be sure to switch injection spots and massage. It isn't uncommon to feel like a pincushion when on a cycle. Good Luck.
