no need to wait to eat just avoid carbs. take some chromium/r-ala with it.

you can take hgh every day for a longer period of time but if you go for more then 9-12 months then i would switch to the 5/2 or 6/1 protocol.

just remember no carbs an hour before and after injection... and I would go 6/1 from the start with intentions of going at least 6 months... good luck!
