Cant tell if its scarring or acne

I just got lots of lil red I'll call them pimples..

but they dont have white heads, thats the kind i'm familiar with.
I dont know if these red bumps are zits.. or its scarring..

I'm gonna see a derm but thats like a month away.
basically red bumps??????? i dunno

I've looked at pics of acne scarring and might def dont look like that, i mean in those pics it seems like they got holes in their skin.
