I have a really tight, sore, inflamed, somthin... muscle in my upper left back. the tightness does wrap around to my front side too, deep under the pec making it hurt a tad to sneeze. so, on top of the scapula, connected to the ribs around front. it's not really preventing me from lifting, but it has been swelling later in the day since saturday... when i uh...was with a girl for the first time in like 9 months. Ice doesnt do much, a hot shower will sooth it for a while.
so help me out guys, what did i pull?
