I am very new at this, I am 33 and weigh about 125. I would like to put on mass and strength and weigh about 170, my height is only 5.5. The following is the cycle I was thinking of trying since it is my first time and my calorie intake and workout schedule. Any comments or suggestions would be great.
Sustanon 250mg Dianabol 5 mg Clomid 50 mg
1st week 1 amp/week - 4 tablets / day
2nd week 1 amp/week - 5 tablets / day
3rd week 1 amp/week - 6 tablets / day
4th week 2 amp/week - 6 tablets / day
5th week 2 amp/week - 7 tablets / day
6th week 1 amp/week - 6 tablets / day
7th week 1 amp/week - 5 tablets / day 1 tablet / day
8th week 1 amp/week - 4 tablets / day 1 tablet / day
9th week 1 tablet / day
I am spliting the Dianobol up during the day to more even out the affects of it.
I am doing a 5000 calorie a day diet, that is a 40 - 30 - 30 split of the following:
40% Protien
30% Carbohydrates
30% fat
I work out Tuesday through Saturday about 1.5 hours a day and take Sunday and Monday off.
