After cutting thught I would try a different mass phase diet. Here is waht I have been doing for a few days. Critique please.
morning cardio after coffee
1-4 whole eggs, 7 egg whites
2-8 oz. chicken, 1 tbs flaxseed oil, green beens
3-10 egg whites, 2 tbs. ANPB
4-8 oz. chicken, 1 tbs. flaxseed oil, spinach
5 (preworkout 30 minutes prior) 2 scoops whey, 1 tbs. flaxseed oil
6- (PWO) 2 scoops whey, 100 grams carbs from dextrose
7-(PPWO 1 hour later) 14 egg whites, salsa, 3/4 cups white rice
8-8 oz. chicken, green beens

Monday- Friday split, cardio every morning. Sunday off and cheat
