    Painful Elbows - Need Help

During the end of my last cycle which included GH, Test C, Tren A, Var and IGF.....I started having some pain in my elbows. I took a bit of Ibuprofen and worked through the pain until PCT.

Well that was several weeks ago and my elbows are not improving. I initially thought it was just a bit of tendonitus that I have suffered from occassionally over my lifting career.

It is kind of weird, some days it hurts worse than others. And definately hurts in both elbows almost equally.

Anyone have any ideas on what the problem could be? I think I have tried Ibuprofen route with no success.

Please help. I can't lift and am going crazy.

Elbows must be warmed slowly, especially as we get older. Take your time in the warm up phase of your work/outs and see if that helps and back off on the weight a bit for a while as well.

    Good Luck, MJ

any problems with your neck? Sometimes if its in both elbows it can be nerve related. But ya Skulls are a killer. Weird too because most of your components of the last cycle support collagen synthesis which is why I might suggest a nerve issue
