hey guys, just had surgery on wed. the 10th. repaired (re-attached) my left bicep tendon. it was the bottom one that tore - bic. was up near my shoulder... just wanted to check with some of you on my recovery. i will not be in the gym for a good while of course as far as the torn left side( will probably hit the hell out of my legs and go very light and limmited on right side) wanted to know if i should cycle at all? thought there might be some positives in doing so. no i will not be working the injured side but thought a little deca or test may help in the healing process????????? please feel free to tell me anything you think would be good or bad. thanks. oh yeah, i have done just about everything for a good while now (8yrs) so yes i have expierence. 28yrs old. 5' 10" 208lbs 5% bf
