    Some Real Advise from some who has been there!

    This is my first cycle. 33, 5' 10", 260 Im going to do it here it is....... and please try to tell me that not one of you juice heads have never went to the extreme .....at any point! Extreme is an all or any situation deal.So weather first cycle or fourth.
    I would love advise from some one who has been there weather the news is bad or good.
    So please give me some advise with what my deceisions are to do.

    Here goes.
    DEcA 200mg 2x wk.
    Anavar 60mgs ed
    SuS250. 300 or 500mgs a wk.??
    Done with proper pct.

    Some Advise on what to expect good or bad.

    i think that is an ideal cycle. most will suggest doing test only to see how you react and then build cycles from there. you could also argue that your first cycle yields the largest gains so you should take advantage of it. i have never tried anavar but am planning on it. however, my first cycle was a test only then my second was:
    wk 1-10 sus250 at 500mg per week
    wk 1-10 deca at 400mg per week
    i gained 18 lbs and kept more than 12 of it. great cycle. i don't get near the gains now, so enjoy.

    I personally advocate using a single compound cycle first go, your first cycle will probably yield the most gains of any cycle you do-EVEN USING ONLY TEST-the reason behind stacking additional compounds is to try and attain good gains beyond the first cycle. Also, if you load up 4 different things in your body at once and react poorly, how you gonna know what isn't working for you? I would go with Test E or Cyp 500mg/wk for 12wks IMO. Also Sust isn't the Devil or anything but it is not ideal for bi-weekly injects so most will say to use a single ester test-but if it's what you got it what you got.

    This 'first cycle will get you the most gains' is BS IMO.
    Anyway drop the var or the deca, why? Because from judging from your first thread i can tell that your diet or training routine is off, way off. So those drugs are not going to fix problem and will be wasted.

    yeah bro we need ur stats...and like the other guys said just run one compound....i just got done with my test only cycle and now i know what kind of sides to expect from that...so if i do add anything else i know what to expect from test and see how i react with others...

    Stats are needed. I would stick with a single ester test only as mentioned above. Sust should be injected eod, so I wouldn't recomend it for a first cycle, just because of all the needed injects.

    1st cycle is the best learning cycle. You need to learn how your body will react to the added aas. Start small, and work your way up.

    Also you didn't list the lenght of your proposed cycle.

    wrong with doing a test cycle? You got to get rid of at least 40 to 50 lbs. You
    mess with Deca with out test and your will have annother problem. I would
    advise you to get in shape before any cycle. The first cycle should be test only. Look at this as long term.

    Don't take this the wrong way, but you should have been able to guage your first cycle from the advice recieved in the last thread. If you are simply posting multiple threads so that you can get people to agree with you to justify doing what you want, instead of listening to the best advice, then you might as well not waste anyones time. I am not trying to be a di*k, but that's what it seems to me. This is your first cycle, you will see gains, so do it right and add compounds later based on what you want to achieve compared to how you know you will react to the ONE compound you cycled with first. Most are giving you the same answer as in your first thread and you really should listen.

    Yes my deceision to do all three(deca,sus,var) at once might not be the best but im being honest about what im going to do and trying to seek advise adverse as my plan is.
    Thanks to some for at least answering the question i asked properly.Isnt that one reason this board is meant for? Besides learning through research and others exp.
    As for the Juice head comment....nobody here should take it to heart.Really though, arent all of us here juice heads ?Unless your not doing it.
    My diet and training are hard And only after 3 weeks on and 8 weeks (12 wks total) of disapline diet and working out hard im seeing gains or at least a body transformation.Ive been taking pics every two weeks and i will be sure to post at the end of the cycle.
    Lastly, i believe that how well you look (hence the reason for using) and health (as you mentioned the side affects, i understand this) are more important than how strong you are but i will mention im no little boy. Bench 315 for reps, same with squats++ and deads++.....and i mean reps 8 plus. Im not saying you or some others here but i know there are some guys here that are like the many little wonders i see running around the gym on there roids still wondering how to get strong and stay big.
    Anyway, i thank you some of you for your strait forward advise it's what i was seeking.
