Help as soon as possible PLEASE!!!!

I ordered a package.

It got to my door, it was an 'Express Delivery'

When the guy came up, he said 'you need to sign for it'

I said 'look, it says 'WAIVER OF SIGNATURE' right there...'

He looked at it, handed me the other mail and said 'Do you want it or not?'

I said: 'I didn't order anything I need to sign for, so I'm not signing for it, sorry'

And he read the WAIVER OF SIGNATURE thing and said 'Here'



Am I ok? Can I open it? What do I do??? Please help ASAP!!

I think he was the regular one, don't know for sure.

It came in a bag-type pack. It was wrinkled, but that's how they always are..
(plus, they were capsules sent in another supplement bottle, and I'm 99% sure that's what I feel in there)

I've never ordered from him before, but have heard amazing things about his shipping and how he packs, he's a semi-big name source.

Even if it wasn't the regular mailman, he did NOT seem like a federal agent. He seemed pretty new to it all, and when I pointed out the Waiver of Signature, he read it to himself and sort of thought for a second.. then just handed it to me.

Again, I can't be 200% sure it was the regular mailman, because I've never seen him before.

You could set the package to the side for a few days with a RETURN TO SENDER written all over it. If your door doesn't get kicked down after a week or so... should be good to go... I guess... at least it will give you some time to contact the sender or just gather your thoughts on it

IMO that is probably the best advice you could have gotten besides stash the stuff elsewhere. I wouldn't have thought of that honestly, man do it that's quality advice.

By the way.. now that things have calmed down and I feel a little better, I'm starting to think I was just overly paranoid and the little confrontation with a required signature pushed it over the top. If you sit there and think about it though, if it was the Feds and they wanted to nail me, the guy would NOT have been as passive as he was. I've heard stories of them forcing it into your hands, forcing you to sign this or that. No, he held it and read the 'Waiver of Signature' portion and then just said 'Ok, here' and walked back to the truck. No UCs anywhere to be seen, all seemed normal... Man, just hope I'm ok.

Any more advice, keep it coming, and be SURE to tune into the Colorado Pro tonight. 11:15 EST time right?

Unless he isn't really the target but rather the sender...

Putting RETURN TO SENDER at least makes it appear you didn't not ask for the package that was delievered to you. The package appears to be something you intended to mail back to the sender. I know some do this for most of their orders for a few days before opening them... unfortunately, I have no personal experience on how much it would hold water... not sure how you would explain the fact it would have your real name on it. But seems like a good thing to do in a pinch...

Yep.. you're exactly right. I talked with my neighbor (a close friend) a couple hours after my pack was dropped and I subtly hinted that the post man seemed suspicious.

...he told me he's know the guy for years and that he's been sick for the past 2 weeks, so that's why he may have seemed out of it.

good suggestion.. also, pay attention to see if the same mailman is delivering the mail this week..

Writing "return to sender" on the package is sound advice. They can still pursue legal action but it would make it harder for them to convict you, especially if you don't cooperate with them (i.e., confess).

I wouldn't say that you were overly paranoid, just cautious. My friends always give me a hard time about my paranoia, but it has saved my @ss a few times. Just trust your instincts.

The feds will bust you right away - so you are fine. They don't walk away and come back days later. They make the controlled delivery and then Wham, they handcuff you. Relax and enjoy the gear. Express delivery people, other than UPS, will always look for a signature. They are trained to get one if someone is home - regardless if it says "no signature required". You should have not even answered if you were worried and they would have left it.
