Just got my measurements done, I have measurements from a year ago, 9 months, dunno why, and just yesterday...Wasn't really sure where to post this, but I figured this would be ok...I was pretty shocked to see the progress I made considering that up until about 3 montsh ago or so, I didn't have anywhere near the training or dieting knowledge I have now, certainly not the diet...So it made me real happy to see my progess with such little know how, makes me excited to see how my first ever true bulking diet is gonna go...
