4:00pm chicken and broccoli
6:30pm protein shake with oats and fat free milk
10:00pm Chicken and broccoli
1:45am protein shake
*this will most liely change but, I just wanted to lay otu a general idea of what/how much I try to eat.
Lifting Routine:
Monday: Upper body
Tuesday: Low intensity cardio for 30 minutes
Wednesday: Lower body
Thursday: Low intensity cardio for 30 minutes
Friday: Upper body
Saturday: Off
Sunday: Off (or a couple light sets, maybe cardio)
repeat, starting with next WO.

Ok **** it, I was gonna start on monday but, already did my first shot and my dose of Dbol. That shit BURNS LIKE HELL! I had to chase it with some milk to help get the retchid taste out of my mouth. Dont feel anything yet but, it has just begun. Lets hope this shit is real.
