I drop 2lbs this week.still doing the three day no carb,one day carb.cardio is still everyday 45 min.what you guys think,any chance at making it on time.

looking better. I suggest you do cardio 2 ohurs a day now 1 hours i nthe morning on an empty stomach and 1 at night. you WILL make it.
I agree with Ment. At 4 weeks out turn up the cardio and you will make it. Best of luck.

yeah u look like u need a lil more time...but like they said bump up the cardio...how come u do no carb for 3 days...
