slow thyroid function need some input

I would like some info on slow thyroid symptoms. I have heard one good way to check this is to take your temp for 7 days in a row and if the average is low you might have a thyroid problem ( also feeling tired all the time can be a symptom). I just wanted to get some feedback from you guys. If you are dehydrated wont this also make your body temp very low and also make you feel tired mimicking thyroid symptoms?

why don't u go and get some blood tests? TSH ,T3,T4 etc is the values that should be evaluated.

I looked at the symptoms of it.

And u know what, even I could conclude that I have this.
So in other words.. that is probably not a good way to go about it.

I would definitely pick up the phone and schedule an appointment to see a doctor, for thyroid issue questions, and referral for testing or whatever is necessary.
