My pectoral major tendon rehab plan

As you all know I am a 26 year old 6' 230 lbs male who just had my pectoral major tendon surgery on Tues. 05-09-06 (I suffered the injury bench pressing 7 weeks prior on Tues. 03-21-06) Here is my time line for recovery:

    PECTORAL MAJOR INJURY REHABILITATION PLAN:

    1) Injured pectoral major flat bench pressing Tues. 03-21-06
    2) After getting a second opinion and getting another MRI, 7 weeks after injury, on Tues. 05-09-06 I had surgery on my right pectoral muscle. The surgery was a success. The surgeon said he reattached 80 percent of the tendon but the other 20 percent was too scarred down.
    3) Weds. 05-17-06 will have suitures taken out.
    4) Mon. 05-22-06 will start going to physical therapy.
    5) Mon. 06-19-06 will remove sling from arm.
    6) Mon. 07-31-06 will stop physical therapy. Will resume weightlifting. Will do all exercises 3 sets reps of 16,14,12 (increasing weight each set) I WILL START VERY LIGHT AND EVERY WEEK MOVE UP IN WEIGHT A LITTLE BIT
    7) Mon. 08-21-06 do all exercises 3 sets reps of14,12,10 (increasing weight each set)
    8) Mon. 09-11-06 do all exercises 3 sets reps of 12,10,8 (increasing weight each set)
    9) Mon. 10-02-06 do all exercises 3 sets reps of 12,10,F (increasing weight each set) F means failure (usually 8 reps)
    10) Mon. 11-13-06 will be 6 months after my surgery. At this time I will resume boxing training.

Keep in mind I will not be taking any GH or steroids. Not that I'm against it, it's just I don't want to take it. How does this plan look? Am I rushing it along too much? Am I dragging it on too long? How is this timeline?

dont train to failure for at least 6 months, ther is no reason to. like i said powerlifters never (very very rarely) train to failure and are the strongest athletes on the planet. ask the PT to right you up a rehab program with your input and goals.
dont use increasing weight use the same weigght for that wk, increse the weight wk by wk not set by set
    7) Mon. 08-21-06 do all exercises 3 sets reps of 10-12
    8) Mon. 09-11-06 do all exercises 3 sets reps of 8
    9) Mon. 10-02-06 do all exercises 3 sets reps of 6

    'Nuff said.

As usual Tommy, I can't add anything to Doc's thinking.
