5'10" 220lbs 34yrs old
Train 6 days a week for past 7 years w/ few short breaks
previous use of aas - winny 6 weeks
What would the best cycle for a guy his size be... if his goal is to gain about 10 lbs lean muscle and lower his BF%
He currently eats a high protien diet and eats most of his carbs via fruits and vegetables. He avoids saturated fats.
