I KNOW THAT I SHOULD EAT 5 TO 7 TIMES A DAY BUT MY SCHEDULE (AND THE FACT THAT I CANNOT COOK) DOES NOT ALLOW ME TO DO SO.... I AM A HARDGAINER AND I'M LOOKING FOR ALL THE TIPS THAT I CAN GET!!!! PLEASE POST SAMPLE MEALS FOR THE DAY OR WEEK WOULD BE HIGHLY APPRECAITED. THANKS!

First of all, please don't type in alll caps, it's very very annoying.

Second of all, I suggest you read the bulking sticky at the top of this page.

Third of all, no one is going to MAKE you a diet, this forum is for us to critique your diet that you have already put the time into making.

Fourth of all, I can't cook either, work 2 jobs and am in school but still have time for 6 meals a day. If you really care about it, you will do it. Something like throwing together cottage cheese with peanut butter involves NO cooking. Putting oatmeal in the microwave - no cooking ability, bbqing some chicken - no cooking ability. You need to ahve the motivation to do it, there is no magic pill or magic diet that will make it work for you.

    Good luck

you're getting there, but if you could give us an estimate of that the daily totals for cals/protein/carbs/fat are (meal totals would be ideal)...it would be easier for us to critique.

    oh...and...what is "yuca"?

ditch the lowfat milk and go whole milk in the shakes, add some natural peanut butter to your weight gainer shakes as well. Id go with more chicken and brown rice instead of white in your meals and id carry around some mixed nuts to snack on all day..... thats a start.
