    This is not me, its a friend of mine, i'm more or less posting this for doct.sus but any input/comments would be appreciated.

    That arch cannot be good for the back......it looks painful..

    arching is the key to lifting more weight, cuts down the travel distance and makes the movemnt more like a decline press, if you are a competitive plifter, learning to arch is a crucial,just takes practice

    were you able to see the video yet bro? It looks like to much of a arch to me but thats just my 2 cents.

    not yet, so really i cant comment, ijust cant imagine an arch being that bad

    his arch is almost the same as Doc.sust maybe a bit more..... so i'm sure sust will give it the thumbs up

    yeah sasso, you know how i arch and how i press, it makes a huge difference in how much i can do.

    well i know how much you can do and thats alot, however i never seen you not use the arch either hah, i need to work on my arch for sure. Anyway did the video work out for you?

    He's got a good arch, though it's hard to tell if his ass is on the bench or not.

    I have seen arches way more contorted than that... his looks good IMO... I do wonder how some lifters deadlifts are affected w/ a crazy arch though?

    no wont work on my office or my personal comp. i have one more computer i can use in a wk , i will see it than. we will get your arch bettter, remember not eveyone is an arched presser, but you can defiinately improve this if you realy want, i will show you 2 ideas of how i became more flexible to arch, remind me when i see you

    it can take away from the dead if you push it to hard and arent used to it, what i find, if you practice more often doing the press and deadlift in the same day in training it doesnt bother you when at a contest because your body is used to it from training like this

    ya his ass is on the bench, i've seen him press before.. but it does look like it may not be because of the baggy shirt and the big arch.
