Hi all! Nice board!
I have been working out for several years and recently started my first cycle.(sys/deca/nolv/chlom)
One thing I never have been satisfied with is my training regime, so Im making a new one!
What do u guys think?
1.shoulders/traps/abs
2.bis/tris/forearms
3.quads/hams
4.chest/abs
5.back/calvs
6.rest
I want a regime that spands over 5-6 days.
Any other/better way to do this?
Is overtraining a more present danger when cycling?
