My goals are to keep getting more conditioned and stay in a weight bracket for mma. Now, usually I have a cutting mindset and this diet trims me little by little and lets me heal normally and also build muscle while not feeling like a diet with the coffee and cheat days. Please let me know why this diet isnt good also, thank you.

i dunno know the macros in ur diet but if you weigh 215 and your activity levels are high then you need more food this diet has no EFA's listed, and the carbs seem low IMO, but like i saud you have no macros listed.

    Thumbs down

PWO used to be endurox, chicken and rice, veggies/v8. Dropped the endurox down to once in a while. I usually include more dairy and fruit also, but not when trying to lose weight. My mistake that I didnt put down salmon 2x weekly, efa's are there right?

    thanks
