I was in the recipe section and whipped up a batch of oatmeal muffins. Pretty much just put two cups of oats, 10-12 egg whites, splenda, and cinnamon in a bowl and mixed it all up. Ground up the oats a little, also.
My question is,
have any of you guys tried baking with protein powder? I was wondering if I could add a couple scoops of my butter cream toffee whey? Can the powder be cooked, or am I just a big idiot for thinking that?
