    Nonfat Yogurt?

How many of you eat non fat yogurt as part of your diet? I suppose it would fit more practically into a bulking program, however, the sugar content I can't seem to avoid - does anyone have any suggestions for sugar free/fat free yogurts that still maintain a good flavor?

Sugar free may be impossible because of the dairy?

I use no fat plain yogurt every morning with my oats. I think the sugar content is unavoidable since it is dairy and naturally occuring- could be wrong though??

Half a cup of the stuff i've got is only about 5 grams of sugar, though.

I think as long as you get plain no fat of most any variety, the sugar is nothing to worry about.

I eat non-fat yogurt, but usually in the morning w/ my oats, b/c I'm precautious about the sugar content as well.

I don't know about the validity of this. Please, someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I've read that the cultured bacteria in yogurt feed off of the sugars while it's sitting on the shelf in the store or in your fridge before its consumed, so there is actually much less sugar than what is on the nutrition fact table. *shrug*
