Glycerin?

I know this may be posted in the wrong forum, sorry, but i will get more replies here than in the nutrition board.

After reading what Paul Borressen had to say about the ingestible carb glycerin I have looked for it on the net. I have found it for a reasonable price and was wondering if any body out there has had any experience with it.

How is it taken because i read that the syrup or liquid it comes as can blister the mouth!? Do you dilute it with something?

Please share any cycles you have had and is it worth taking?

you just chase it with water i belive....its pretty concentrated so you dont need much glycerine but you do need alot of water, and its redicously sweet , but imo id stick with dextrose
