Just order r-ala and Tylers liver deytox, what is the dosage for these?

What is the dosage for r-ala and tylers liver deytox? I just order them, never used them before, I hope they bring my AST and ALT levels down.

I'd take atleast 600mgs daily of the ALA

TLD I have no idea, but I take 600-800mg of ALA a day now. I'll be bumping it up to 1000-1200mg on cycle.
ALA is a very good antioxidant due to the fact that it's water and fat soluble as opposed to other antioxidants such as Vitamin C & E. I would suggest ALA use even with perfect health.

With the rala, you only need about 1/3 to 1/2 of the dose that you take of regular ala...So, probably 400mg per day

You will be fine with 300-400mg/day. You only need about 1/3 the dose you take with the mixture type.
Tyler is 2 in the morning and 2 at night when you're using 17aa's.

Thanks for the help. My order should be here in the morning. I UPS overnight because I didn't want to worry about the heat. It gets a least 120 inside trucks and all that are not air conditioned and I bet the three day delivery ground could reach that since I am in the deep south.

Man I hope this stuff works.
