Thanks for he details So in my opinion he is too small to do a cycle, and I would guess he is really young....unless he is 4' tall.

I agree with ufa on this ihave a son older than your brother that trains with me he's 21 this month and been lifting for 3yrs and is still going to give it probably 6 more months to a year to reach his own natural potential before even considering his first cycle 19yrs old is definetly to soon.
