i Heard that Glycerol keeps your muscles hidrated
So if I would drink should I take a couple of spoons of glycerol (drinking enought water after an before drinking)?

Dunno really how that works w/alcohol, I'd just refrain from drinking if that was a concern.

Ill be drinking on june so Ill give it a try,
theres nothing to loose (with the glicerol I mean not with the drinking)
so much drinking threads these days... idk, i diet hard, and drink at least once a week, does not effect my measurements at all! so i drink.......

Once a week sometimes twice.What I do to stop the fat gain is this.I drink in afternoon.I usually have two meals left in day of pro/fat.What I do is drink and when i get home I just take a scoop of protein powder.
The gain of calories from beer is then reduced by eliminating one meal and no fat in next meal.I wake up the same as morning before.Now if i was to do my usual drinking and then hit KFC for 10 bucks worth.....its a big difference in morning.
Drinking though is not really good when your trying to pursue an above average physique.My workouts suffer and it is probably why its taking me so long to reach my goals but I am getting there.
