i had a long talk with some of my friends who juice today and i was asking about retaining gains. my last test e cycle i gained a fair bit of strenght but slowly lost about 50% of it. i also heard u keep about 0% off of d-bol, but figured i should ask. which roids (for bulking) do YOU retain most from after cycle. i heard tren is good for keeping gains.
p.s. i do know a good diet and consistent training must be used to keep anything at all. also pct helps.
