Bro I hope you do well but if it was me I would not use prexhaust your muscles with Iso movments .Youll add more mass doing straight sets of compound movements at this point in your return than you would by doing prexhaust followed by a compound .You can never go wrong with the basics squat ,bench ,deads once three times a week follow each day with accessorie movments higher reps on those lower on the compound .Good luck AC
