want to know if i have gyno once and for all

what kind of doctor can i go to, to find out if i actually do have gyno? i posted here awhile back saying that one of my nipples has developed a rash on and around the nipple. this rash comes and goes and is very itchy and has my nipple very puffy at times. now i will say that my bf% is not good as of now so both nipples are puffy, and there feels to be alot of fat around the nipple area as well as my gut and all that so i am fat to an extent, but this one nipple is alot worse than the other. anyway, im tired thinking about it and i think a doctor that knows what hes talking about will be my best bet, so what doctor should i go see. also i havnt cycled in a year at least, and when i was on, i used nolva through-out and proper pct.thanks for any help.

it sounds like you have gyno buddy. pics would help.

go to your regular physician and he will either diagnose or reffer you on to another doc...

The question is: Did you have this issue before your cycle? Have you always been heavy? Or is this something new? You know your body better than us. Any significant changes to your nipples and I would think something has occurred. Let us know what the doc says.

see thats the thing, yea as far as i can remember my nips have always been kinda puffy, but i cant remember if they were before my first cycle, which was about 2 years ago and my most recent cycle being about a year ago like i said. i know thats crazy but i guess ya dont really start paying attention untill you start wanting your body to change ya know. im a tall skinny guy but ive never had a sixpack or been cut up. always kind of had a little gut i guess but i wouldnt call myself fat. its hard to explain i know i should post pics. to answer the question though, yeah im pretty sure my nipples are naturally puffy, as i have never had my bf% low enough to be "lean". im going to the doc so ill let yall know, thanks again for the help. oh yea, will gyno start produce more of a gut? ive heard of test gut that occurs after cycle if you quit working out, exactly what i did, and i have gotten fatter since my test only cycle. hope all that makes since! we will see.

I would get a blood test and get your test and estrogen levels checked. Estrogen will lead to added weight and gyno. If you don't do proper PCT after a cycle, you can be left with an estrogen problem - especially if your nuts don't bounce back. In any event, see a doctor and get the blood work done. At this point, you probably don't even need to mention the gear. Post a pic.

you dont think i should tell the doctor that the reason im worried about the gyno is from steriods? my nuts are fine test seems to be normal of course i wouldnt know with out the papers, anyway, ill let ya know. im hoping its just all fat and i need to just get in shape.

I would wait on telling him and see what he says before you send him down the steroids road. This way, he will give you a unbiased opinion right away on your situation. Oh, if you do another cycle, use A-dex or L-dex - stuff works well at reducing estrogen levels and preventing gyno.
