well its getting close.down to 199lbs.going to do the novice since its my first show.hopfully I will not get smoked.still doing cardio 2-45min sesions a day.diet is still 300gm protien ,low carb.what you guys think.

Stay on top of your cardio, do not have any cheat meals untill after the show...and you should still tighten up quite a bit...stay focused Bro...and good luck...XXL

looking good. I would tweak you're front lat spread though. Looks like you are hunching you're shoulders forward which takes away from the flare of your lats.
