    Smile New To The Game

    Hi,
I'm a male 5'11, 181 lbs. 31 yrs. of age and am new to the game. I'm highly interested in the sport of bodybuilding and how a bodybuilder creates such a massive physique. My goal is of a personal one, but I wish to gain some knowledge on how you guys push your bodies (and minds) to gain such awsome muscularity. I want a set of those softball sized biceps and know that it takes dedication. I am ready to start my journey and am asking for any advice on nutrition, supplements, diet, workouts and any other info you all are willing to pass on to me I really appreciate the feedback...

    Bring on the pain,

    Texfire

Thanks to everyone about the fourm search thingy you'll deffinetly be hearing from me in the future. Hey SMAN12B, to answer ur question I've been at it hard since march 16, thats the day my vacations began. I started the nitrix program by bsn and have seen some results along with alot of fu**in' hardons. Its great! I love it and my wife seems to have a erasable smile these days. My workouts usually are 5 times a week 2 hrs. a day (1hr. a bodypart) Back/biceps, chest/triceps, legs, and it starts over reverse, abdominals and lower back are on sat. or sun. Any suggestions?
