Give us some stats man. Age, cycle experience and workout experience. Four days a week is more that enough and one body part a day. If you spend more than an hour a day in the gym you are wasting your time.

Alright cool, so I geuss I'm doing things right so far. One thing I know for sure is that I'm eatting like a mad man. I'm up 5lbs already and its been less than a week since ive started phera plex at 20mg ed (and yes I have liver support and PCT planned out). I'm 20 years old and I've had about 4 years of training under my belt. I'm 5'7 and currently about 165lbs at about 8-10% body fat. Should I do any cardio while on the cycle to keep fat gains down? Thanks.
You began this before you knew how to train and such?
At 165 you have the world to gain naturally through intelligent planning/training/dedication.

I know how to train, I was wondering how/if my workouts should be modified.
cardio should be done year round whether your buliking or cutting. no sense in adding tons of fat lbs if you dont have to..........
the only difference should be your diet.
