    500 enan., 500 EQ results

I would like your input on post cycle pics. I am currently 200 lbs.,29, and 5'11". This was my third cycle and I am VERY happy. These are in order from earliest, topleft, then left to right with the latest in bottom right.

What is the difference between pictures 3 & 4? Cutting cycle or dieting?

If your only 200pds, if i was you, I would add on another 20-25 pounds on that frame. You would be a fuckin monster!

    Great job, man.

Can you tell us what your three cycles were and the time you took between each cycle?

    Thanks!

My chest routine differs every week. I like to always start with incline presses, then flat presses, then flyes and cable crossovers. I do 3-4 sets of 6-10 reps while gaining and 10-15 reps when cuting. I will do decline once every three weeks or so. I don't like to get bored so thats why I change routines so much. I am trying to lean down for the summer. I live in sunny Florida and it is beach time. I do plan on gaining more after the summer. I may try to do it naturally and see how it comes along. Thanks for the input guys it keeps me motivated.
