i sometimes have trouble coming up with protein/fat meals... i dontknow what to eat.. i cant seem to find the right foods... can someone tell me somethingi can eat as a pro/fat meal... something easy to make aned something thats eatable.. ive been trying to make my own meat on the gf grill and it usually has no tastes so ive been eating tasteless meat for the last weeek or so.. trying to avoid the carbs.... any reciepes to make good meat on the gf grill for a pro/fat meal?
meal 1. pro/carb ( 4 egg whites, 2 scoops whey, 1/2 cup of oats, 2 slices of wheat bread.
meal 2. pro/fat
meal 3. pro/fat
meal 4 pro carb (2 scoops whey, 1/2 cup oats)
workout
meal 5. pro/carb pwo whey 2 scoops 40g with dextrose 60g
meal 6. pro/fat
meal 7. protein shake 1 scoop 40 g
