There is no inherent danger from option "b", but I don't think you would find that it would offer any added benefit of direct healing at the injection site.

Your HGH should work for you anywhere you wish to inject it. I rotate from my thighs, to abdominal area, to obliques ... really anywhere you have skin. You should certainly see some relief with your injuries due to HGH ... it will just likely take several months before you will notice that relief.
