    Night sweats

Has anyone else had a problem with this? a couple nights ago I woke up in the middle of the night and was just burning up and was drenched in sweat. I was under a blanket but the heat was turned off so it wasn't hot so no real reason for it. The next night I was fine then again last night I woke up in the middle of the night drenched then I cooled off the woke up about an hour later drenched again. I don't know what is going on here

hey bro this might need to be in another forum but since your here..

you ever check your temp in the morning or when this happens. I'll tell you one thing I use to think blood pressure, metabolic rate, body fat had a lot to do with how hot I get... well it has a little... but I come to realize there are big fat guys, big ripped guys, small skinny guys and small ripped guys that dont like to come over to my apt at which I keep it at 68 when home.

dude seriously do you have a fever, got a stomach bug...
cus I sweat every night before the juice and after... I know I got high blood pressure and am ADD too...

do feel great but are are having cold sweats... Do you use cocaine?

nah, just asking.... looking for a new supplier...

    ok really...
whats your diet like? whats new that has happen to you in the past month? Are dehydrated at night... water regulates your body temp, if your dehydrated at night you will have issues with you circulatory system too... how much water do you drink during the day?

gotta go the spurs are scaring mes

    Thanks Maximus,

No I haven't tried taking my tempture when it happens, it's just the straight middle of the night and may happen a couple times a night. I so tired I just throw the blanket off and then get cold super fast because my shirt is soaked then I'm out like a light again.

I don't think I have a bug, no other symptoms

I pass on the Rec drugs, just never became my thing, except some booze but it's been about a week since last time I drank.

off the top of my head I can't think of anything new that's been going on, my diet is not soild but not garbage, I normally have one fast food meal a day.

My BP is alittle high normally 130's over mid 80's

And I drink at least a gallon of water everyday.......maybe I'm drinking to much water before I go to bed

nah that would just make you piss... you'd be amazed of how much water you need... I don't have the ratios with me (I read some cool things in my physiology book) but listen in real simple way if you have a large amount of muscle mass you need to be drinking much more water at your body height to weight ratio... I typically drink between 2 to 2-1/2 gallons o water a day normally, that's not including the water I intake while training either...(such big improvements due to water, fuking amazing) and it really helps me with my body temp, not to mention as a natural thermogenic through digestion...
I have a pretty big issue with body temp no kidding... I don't know your problem exactly but with a little time I could guess...

But if you are normal and aren't experiencing new physical or mental stress, eating fairly good, and drinking what I consider a minimal amount of water if exercising too... no drugs, not sick. it's gonna be a fun diagnosis...

any swollen glands, neck or arm pit? pain behind your knees? do you have tight ligaments? some flu and food allery symptoms

Thanks for your interest bro sorry bout your Spurs,

It's kinda tough because I haven't really been paying too much attention yet, cuz it only happened once then not the next day then it happened last night.

I have some mild pain in my left wrist and elbow but I think that is just a side effect from the HGH that will subside.

I have had some mental stress lately that comes and goes with work and an ex that can't seem to leave me alonebut nothing that seems overwhelming by any means.

I was basiclly checking out to see if anyone else had the same problems that came out of no where and if it was actually something.

If this keeps up the next couple of days I'll make sure to keep better notes and let you know
