i understand it says 250mg k-r-ala, but what does this mean when it comes to how much r-ala there is? im trying to figure up how much to take with each carb meal.
the search i ran had posts saying its only got 100mg r-ala per cap and that just seems kind of low. so if 250mg is k-r-ala and 100mg is r-ala, then 150mg is just potassium of some sort?
