Just finished my first cycle... Was 500mg test prop ew and 400mg eq ew. (bought 2 10cc bottles of each of prop 250mg and bold 200mg) so I figure I was on a 10 week cycle.. Was trying to drink muscle milk twice a day and eat 200g of protein ed.. I'm 32 about 215lbs and 6'4" tall.. I noticed pretty good strength increase but not much for size or gain (maybe 8lbs or so) so was a little dissappointed with that. Was working out w/ 155lbs on bench, now 225lbs so that part was nice! Did not take any pct or anything, just went on and off cold... So I want to do another cycle and try something different to get more noticable gains.. So any recommendations on a good second cycle for someone my size and also, how long should I wait to start.. I've been off now for about 3 weeks.. Thanks very much for anyone who can help me out..
