For a 40 yr old man who is a competitive BB'er would the following dosing strategy be appropriate, previous experience with GH is as follows - 4IU PD. He has just finished competing and is having 4 weeks off GH and AAS, before starting off season courses of both GH and AAS.
The new plan is to take only on training days, but an increased dose on these days:
DAY 1 - 8IU
DAY 2 - 8IU
DAY 3 - OFF
DAY 4 - 8IU
DAY 5 - 8IU
DAYS 6 + 7 - OFF
Dose split throughout the day as follows: 2IU upon waking, 4IU post training and 2IU before bed.
IMO this way of administering the GH would be more effective then the 4IU ED for gaining muscle, and would have less of a kickback or suppressive effect on his natural GH levels after finishing the course, what are your opinions?
The GH will be taken in conjuction with AAS, but not sure what yet and will be run for as long as possible (several months, almost definitely more).
Any opinions or evidence to support this dosing protocol would be greatly appreciated, so please leave your input.
