I am carbing up on white potato's and Pure Vitargo for my show on June 3rd.
I have been trying to find carb count of potato in relation to "X" number of ounces. Everything I am coming across says medium potato has 26 grams on average. I don't need average, I need exact amounts.
My dilemna is that this is bodybuilding and every gram of carbs pull 4 grams of water in the muscle, but if you go over it will also force out 4 grams of water and cause you to spill over.
If anyone you can help me out I would appreciate it. I tried to find my Nutrition and Diet Therapy Book from last semester but have not yet located it.
