Running with a bag

So I was running to my Brazilian Jiu jitsu class last night cus my car is in the shop adn my friend forget to pick me up. I was running in normal clothes so i was carrying a bag with my GI in it (white thing people where that looks like pajama's ). So I run by some cops and they actually follow me into a parking lot and ask me what i was running from. I tried to splain the situation to them but they said that a "normal person" wouldn't run with a bag some where and if they did it would be strapped to my back. So long story short... cops take the bag and ask me to describe it's content's exactly. And after I did that, they asked me to name some of the numbers on my phone.

thats true, but presuming they have nothing on you, and you have a clean criminal record, you could cause a biiiig stink... i've seen PO's lose jobs over less!!

naw i'm clean man... but they can hold you for 24 w/o charging...and they can also charge you with failure to cooperate and things like that. Alot of your word vs theres. I ' d rather just not take the chance.....
