    I always eat breakfast..

But was running late this morning and didnt have time (only got like 3 hours sleep all night, and it was terrible sleep).. Anyway, i have felt really weak all day. Its been months since i missed breakfast, and damn does it ever hurt. I couldnt even train tonight, just gonna relax for a while and crash early..

moral of the story, breakfast really is the most important meal of the day.
