    Legs Day question

    I do squats, leg press, calve raises, leg curls.
    Do you guys use any of the machines for inner and outer thighs?
    I'm not sure the actual name for them but they involve sitting and either squeezing in or out with pads on your knees. Are there any other excersises that can be substituted for these?

    even for machines, they do offer a good range of motion, why not stick with them?

    Going really wide on squats works well for my inner thighs. I've always liked that one.

    The problem I have with lunges is there is no sapace in my gym to do them.

    I really hate the people who do lunges in the place where you walk between weights. If I had a place I might do them.

    So what. You won't look gay when you're doing the whole stack plus add a few plates. A guy I know with huge quads told me to do the adductor machine so I do it. And my upper middle thigh has gotten a lot thicker and when you're lean you can see a nice cut running down your leg.

    I call the adductor machine pussy crunches.

    I rack the machine which is around 220?? Then add 2 45 plates on top of that and do 4 sets of 10-12 reps.

    yeah I tried it the other day and the whole stack was pretty light...its starting to get that way for leg curls too...

    dude all you need is an area about 4-5 feet long on the floor. i lunge with one leg, then return to the same spot, and then luinge with the other. you dont have to do parking-lot lunges, like ronnie made famous

    i heard these machines were bad for your groin?
    i dont think i have ever used them

    I never used to do them because i figured they were a waste of my time as well.. assumed they were for the cardio bunnies.. but u know what.. - i started doing them and i really do seem the benedits of incorporating them in my leg routine - strong inner thigh muscles are important.

    i do the inner and outer thigh machines at the beginning of my workout, i have had lower back and hip prob and these help to keep hip structure in place
