    2nd cycle....

    i ve done alot of reasearch on this and heres what i came up with..this will be my 2nd cycle and i m looking for some feeback from some experienced members,possitive or negative.so here goes

    stats:24 m
    150lbs
    5'5"

    training: get all my cardio at work and hit the gym at least 3 times/week
    also i have great metabolism and a healthy diet

    week 1-4---d-bol-30mg ed
    week 1-11-deca 500mg ew
    week 1-12 test enth 500 mg ew


    supps:whey protien-4 shakes a day , 1g/day milk thistle,multi vitamins,thermoburst for energy and fat burning,,healthy diet..lots of protien

    for anti-es and pct i was thinkin of clomid and nolva,but before i pick them up,any suggestions that might better me for this cycle.

    any input is appreciated

    you sound too small to do a cycle...post your diet it sounds like you need more solid food 4 shakes a day is a bit much if you ask me 1-2 is fine for me..i prefer the rest of my calories to come from steak,fish,chicken and such carbs from wheat products and sweet potatoes and what not and you are correct in running the deca one week less than the test...but it should be at least 100mg under the weekly amount of test so either bump ur test to 600 or lower deca to 400 but to be honest it sounds like you could gain a lot more naturally with some foooooooood i would inject baked chicken if i could

    2nd cycle and you're 150lbs? well what i say wont mean much, but deca + test same mg/wk? Id up the test or lower the deca

    basically have test higher than deca

    i think you should bulk naturally for a while then do your cycle. at 150 imo i dont think you should be running a 2nd cycle. use a healthy diet, eat 6000 good cals a day 400 grams of protien a day and try to get the majority of it from food, and not all at once. supplement w/ a phosphate based creatine. "that meanss the monohydrate has been removed" arginine, glutamine, leucine, vitamins, bcaa's "branched chain amino acids", and ***** 3-6-9 fatty acids. you should be able to get up to 190 or so in 6 months or less. when you hit plateaus and cant gain anymore weight, get off the creatine for 2 or 3 weeks then get back on it. take 10 grams or creatine a day 1 hour before workouts. that will get you over plateaus or it did for me anyways. when i was a freshman in high school i went from 160 to 210 in 5 months using just creatine and cyto gainer. good luck bro.
