    HCG Sub-Q Lump

I'm pretty sure I have nothing to worry about, but this has never happened before, so I was just looking for some of your thoughts.

I just injected .5cc of HCG in my oblique area. I usually shoot it in my lower abs, but I went in a leaner portion of my oblique. I immediately noticed a lump in the mirror. I felt it and it's a hard ball. I'm assuming it's just the solution. Has anyone ever had this happen? In the past, it seems to absorb into my body immediately, which is why this startled me. It's been there for about 10 minutes so far.

That is why I inject intra muscular... You can shoot into the delt with a slin pin if you are doing daily injects.

Ok. I only shoot the HCG twice a week and didn't want to build up any more scar tissue than necessary. I'm already using 6 IM sites. Of course, a slin pin won't cause much scar tissue, if any. Good point. I'll have to try that.

So do you think the lump will shrink as my body absorbs the solution?

Yes, you should be fine... continue to monitor the lump and if it gets red or starts getting painful have it looked at.

maybe I shouldn't have used a rusty slin pin from out of last week's trash.
