yea, but i've found from nude beaches that the majority of the people that take advantage of "topless" or "nude" opportunities tend to be the people you'd much rather see with clothes on. they're usually old wrinkled up people and a bunch of perverts. i personally fit into the pervert category.

Its hot today man 30 degress Celcius, 87 degrees Fahrenheit. And no one just walks around topless. Most people that walk around are on beaches or like board walks near beaches..

BUT THE PEOPLE that walk TOPLESS ARE MOSTLY old old people. You never see sexy milfs or young girls walk around.. Sigh!

Actually whats legal is for women to be topless in a Toronto city parks... a group of Toronto women claimed it wasn't fair for men to be allowed to go topless in parks and not them (after an exibitionism charge I believe) and won the right to go topless in court.

It's nothing new... and was more of a "moral victory" than anything else.
