I don't know what's wrong with me. I can't sleep on the days I work out, can someone help me out?
It's NOT overtraining, even if I do some biceps and a light workout here and there. It still happens
I told my doc, he just gave me a weirdlook and asked what do you mean?
Is this anxiety or some shit? I do have anxiety problems but they're not that severe.
I really wanted to work out but my heart goes mad and pumps really hard even if I work out in the mornings and I can't sleep at night??
